BECOME A LION
Who are the Whitefield Lions?

Proudly serving the towns of Whitefield, Jefferson, Windsor, and Somerville Maine since 1953, the Whitefield Lions are your friends, neighbors, relatives, teachers, and acquaintances.

Our motto: WE SERVE!

We support the Erskine Academy Leo Club, local food pantries, sponsor a local scout troop, as well as the annual Peace Poster and Speak-out contests for local students. We provide scholarships to camps, scholarships for college, care for our elderly with cooked dinners and visits, support area schools with supplies, free vision screenings, warm winter clothing, knitted hats, and mittens. We work to clear walking trails in the community, aid fire victims and more!

Where there's a need, there's a Lion!

If you see a need that we can help with, bring it up at a meeting. We are always looking for new ways to serve!

This year we are offering five academic $1000 scholarships and one $1000 scholarship to a student entering the trades.

Applicant should be a graduating senior from the Maine towns of Jefferson, Whitefield, Somerville, Windsor, or a current or past member of the Leo Club.

Application deadline is May 1st.  Mail to Whitefield Lions Club P.O.Box 52 Coopers Mills, ME 04341

The Whitefield Lions Club sends a big THANK YOU to our local schools, businesses, and communities for contributing to this year's Pet Food Drive, which ended on March 21st, providing a substantial amount of food and treats to our area food pantries to help those in need. Once again, the annual Pet Food Drive's success is a tribute to our community's generosity!
